I figure there should be an open topic for european soccer as there are matches pretty much nightly across the major leagues

Thoughts on the weekend?
barcelona played out a draw with athletico madrid. amazing to see them competing for the la liga title in my opinion. diego costa has been on sublime form
real madrid playing currently. match could have gone either way. good to see messi back in action also.

premier league? 6/7 top teams won this week with arsenal to play tomorrow to make it 7/7.
man utd back to winning ways
man city had a shaky day but came through it
liverpool with a shaky win also
tottenham look to be improving
chelsea stong and looking like they will challenge for the ttile
arsenal with a tough game at villa to go back top

bayern munich favourites for bundesliga and possibly champ league also

any thoughts on results from the weekend?

Watched the Liverpool game, great game. Nice to see Sturridge back, him and Suarez make for the most exciting striker partnership in the premier league

hmm i think aguero is great too. man city have 3 great strikers who work together i think. popssible not as good an understanding as suarez and sturridge though
but yeah when he came on liverpool immediately went on the attack for the remainder of the game. was good to see.
