No penalty at all, present for England.
Is already the past, but just my thoughts. I also agreed it wasn't a penalty, but, here is the but, if the ref is sure he did touched that player, it can be a penalty. And if the VAR can't tell the ref is wrong as in absolutely did not touch the player, then it stays what the ref already decided.
We all saw the replays, I think no one can tell for sure the player was not touched.
I hate it when players act like this, falling down when someone feels a hand of foot, or trying to fall over someone leg, or something like this. But unfortunatly, by not doing it teams won't get these penalties or free kicks. It pays off to do it. The only way to deal with this is to always give yellow carts for swalbes. That way players will think before just falling down, as each fake dive will be punished. I wonder how many players will keep doing it if 2x yellow is that easy to get with swalbes.

If you don't have the intention of playing football, but to harm, stop or hinder a player without the intention of going for the ball, you're not on the right place and you should leave the pitch, period.

Stop the time(hockey,basket) during injuries,acting,schwalbes,substitutions,faults,VAR etc and two halves 35 minutes real play time..

And in the old time the referee can't give yellow cards for the simulation. Nowadys the actors can get yellow cards.
But we are differents and like different teams, or don't like. And now have a VAR system, but I feel sometimes VAR isn't good.
But there were italian players, who I liked as I said Di Canio, and Di Livio, Amadeo Carboni were really good too.

I think that is a bit to harsh, to get a yellow card for those actions. But swalbes is the most ugly and unfair part of football
In fieldhockey they have the green card, 2 minutes penaltytime. They have a solution for violations that are not worth a red card. This way a team is punished right away, and not the next match if a player get suspended. Make it 5 minutes in football.
Would not be a bad idea to implement this in football. Yellow card stays the same how it is (so 2 is suspension for next match, etc), but also 5 minuted penaltytime during the match because of that yellow card. So 10 players for 5 minutes with each yellow card.

Talking about swalbes. How glad I am England is 1-0. If it was Italy at 1-0 it would have been a terrible match of grown men acting as if they are dying with each push and tackle. Now that they can't do that, all of the sudden no one gets hurt. Only those who are hurt for real.

Well, I already wrote my opinion about the penalty for England against Denmark,
Looking at this game, Italy is the right winner, England stopped playing. When trying to win by defending the 1-0, is asking for problems. And that is what happened.
And the penalty's from English players, too easy to stop for the keeper. Not hard enough, not enough in the corner. A keeper can't stop the ball when shot hard in the corner.
