this is all tech. training
Valtýr Guðbjartsson he need 3 weeks to go from Adequate to Good now 5 weeks and no pop and if he pop next time then it will be 6 weeks to pop from Good to Solid
Haraldur Rúnarsson and Jónharður Sturlason need 2 weeks to go from Adequate to Good but now 4 weeks and no pop so if they pop next week then it will be 5 weeks
is normal a skill pop from adequate to good need only 2 weeks but from good to solid need 5 weeks
this is all tech. training

Come back after the trainings day. Because when they still didn't pop then you either have a bug, bad luck or it's because lower levels train faster than higher ones. But we're only able to establish it when you wait after the trainings day.

not really.. How long did it take for him to pop to adequate? Cause otherwise, he might've just been high in his adequate-skill.

i was training pace when his skill was Average so it don´t count

What i can see is that your player missed one week training. He didn't play one week (10th nov to 16th nov), and so he didn't get training for this missed week.
So this is no bug! q.e.d.

i have find out the problem all of them 3 pop in the same week and i forgot to start count from 0

Arrived at 11 he pulled the handbrake, he has 10 workouts and doesn't want to go up to 12.
P.S. i have same coaches
