Subject: [Bug] Maybe active training increasing skill droping?

I have this guy, got some active pace training, and dropped pace like this. Am I crazy that this should not happen to him at his age??
I got the clue, that active training make the old player to decreas faster??

Your first guy losing an entire rank of pace in a month is nonsense, imho.

That's way too young to drop so heavily, while training pace! These random drops destroy 30+ players with uneven odds. Similar players keep their higher pace until they're 36, out of sheer luck not having heavy drops. This needs adjustment.

This happened again, training pace at 29 decreasing pace faster (while 18 on def)...
im sure its increasing the negative effect, and no minus increased with a positive amount...

Devs? any explanation?

He decreases faster than you train him.
28-29 yo only decrease in pace.
Other skills start droping at 30

Thing is that players should neverbe able to drop faster than you can train them, thus while training a skill, that skill should never drop. If the devs dont want to scare away users then this is a thing that needs adjustment.

okey i have a 29y player with 18 pace. which is dropped to 17 when he was injured, now its popped back to 18 (17.99), so this can not be true, this is not decreasing when he is playing, because i would see that dropping.

drops are random and can be having a higher drop value than you can give him while training with advanced training. So each ''drop'' is not having the same value as the previous one, unless the random decides otherwise.
Training is lineair, drops are random.

yeah, i can see that its random, but should not drop while in advanced training before 30 imo...
