I train a player in technique. He is now 24 years old: Ryszard Kurach
From 7 to 8 and climbed in one workout
From 8 to 9 out of three
From 9 to 10 out of three
From 10 to 11 out of four
At 11 practices he pulled the handbrake, he has 11 practices and doesn't want to go up to 12.

In this screen you can see he gets formation training instead of advanced training.
Advanced training is the dark green dot.

So no bug.

So now it's obvious - he was in many trainings in formation training, which is only about 30% of advanced training in trained skill.
