Behmen to All
Hello everyone, I know this probably won’t be taken into consideration because creating something like this takes time, but I wanted to share my idea.
As you all know, U19 players (including 16-, 17-, and 18-year-olds) rarely get to play in official matches with the club, and this happens in many national teams as well.
What do you think about creating U19 national teams?

To be honest I think there's more value in setting an optional age limit for NT games. For example, the U-21 team could send an invite that included a stipulation for U-19s only.

+1 good idea

now the friendly in the national teams does not add any training, so the young u19 reaches only 85% every Thursday.
with the creation of a national team it would be fantastic for various reasons.

Fuse youth and U21 and let all players train in a separate training slot... f.e. 20x U21 training slots and 10x +21 training slots.
And give the U21 it's own competition so we can get rid of the useless youth matches and give meaning to the U21 matches. This wayit can be usefull to combine U21 training with matches, like f.e. 1 full match equals 100% training. Then we can also get rid of the training in NT U21 matches and also the injuries.
