In other managers there is the position of Super-Moderator, who is someone who orders the other moderators and can "fire" a moderator.

Recently, I read, about a friend of mine who I know outside of Sokker, statements like:
Hec was very rude
... was notorious for his rude style

Because I knew the user in question very well, I immediately responded that he wasn't rude. That the root of the problem lay in the rude attitudes of certain people, which led him to respond with rude words.

The point is:
- the offensive messages are still there;
- my messages, which this time were intended to clear someone's name, were deleted.

Or if the argument was that it was not related to the thread... the insults were also not related to the thread and were not deleted.

And this is precisely an example of a rude attitude. This persecution encourages a response with rude words, and in the end, I would be the one to suffer the consequences. And nothing would ever end; the person who carries out the rude actions will continue, continue, and continue, until what happened to my friend happens to me.

When I talk about solving a problem at its root, I mean this: putting an end to rude and provocative attitudes, so that they don't result in rude and inappropriate responses to the forum. And in this case, there is no room for any objection. This is too obvious.

In my opinion, Sokker urgently needs a Super-Moderator because we users need a reference, someone to whom we can expose inappropriate behavior by moderators, so that we are better protected and avoid getting into a snowball that always ends badly for the common user.

The administrators who could do something always say it's not their job. As with everything in life, when we go somewhere for something, it's never there, it's right next door. So, create the position of Super Moderator! Three SMs are enough, and their role isn't to act on the forums like the other moderators (although they have the power to do so), but rather to manage the Sokker moderation team.

P.S.: I'll take a screenshot of this.

It's a bird...

It's a plane...

It's SUPERMODERATOR!

The only thing I'll add to this is that there are some moderators in this game who absolutely should not be.

I have controversial opinions. Well, more or less. On Facebook or WhatsApp people agree with me about Sokker. Here, everyone agrees with whatever the Sokker champion says, just because he’s the champion — which is usually the opposite of everything I say. But what matters is that my opinions are expressed politely, in appropriate language, and without insulting anyone. I understand that my opinions may make people who are very happy with Sokker uncomfortable, but that’s part of the process of making Sokker a game for everyone.

On the other hand, other people also have the right to hold a different opinion from mine and to express that opinion, as long as it is done politely and in appropriate language.

A moderator’s job requires impartiality. Obviously a moderator can have an opinion and express it, but moderator powers must be used impartially. In other words, even if a moderator doesn’t like a user, the moderator cannot allow that user to be insulted with language that violates the forum rules. If a moderator disagrees with an opinion, he cannot simply delete messages that contradict his opinion if those messages comply with the forum rules — just because his opinion is different.

In my opinion, Portugal unfairly drew 2–2 in a World Cup match because a Portugal defender scored an own goal and because Portugal missed a goal with no goalkeeper in the net. If Portugal had won instead of drawing, Portugal would have finished first in the group. This is my opinion. Everyone has the right to disagree with it, but people do not have the right to write this about my opinion:

But I am not writing in this thread only because of that message, that Polish guy. I waited two days to see if the person who deleted my message — where I said that drunkenmaster was not rude — and who left two messages on the forum just before mine in which drunkenmaster is being called rude... I waited to see if that person would show up in the thread where I took this screenshot, and if he would do anything. And guess what? He posted in that thread yesterday. Did he delete the message? No. So he didn’t punish anyone either.

The fact is: day after day I am insulted with very serious attacks and everything is allowed. But I cannot, for example, say that drunkenmaster is not rude.

What is the point of allowing all this against me? What is the point of all this lack of impartiality? To make me outraged? To make me someday lose my temper, insult someone the way they insult me, and then have material to do to me the same thing that was done to drunkenmaster? Are they creating a toxic environment around me to see if I’ll revolt and lose my temper?

The problem on Sokker is not that single message. The problem on Sokker is structural. I am not the first person this has happened to. The problem has to be fixed at the root. Sokker urgently needs a Super-Moderator to receive users’ complaints privately, with names and without fear of consequences, for the Super-Moderator to evaluate them and to clean up the Sokker moderation team. This is urgent! I have never seen such bullying against certain users in any manager forum. It feels like we’re back in grade school.

P.S.: I'll take a screenshot.

You are exhausting...

Apologies for this serious attack.

Seconded.

It's not the complaining or questions that are the problem, it's the endless repetition because you don't get the answer you want.
You can ask the same question 100 times if you want, but the answer is the answer and it's not changing.

there is this position called Administrator, and that is pretty much a moderator with super powers, bigger biceps and better sense of humour

And if you send a message to an administrator... they'll say it's not their job. They'll say they don't want to know about forum problems and that moderators handle them. You see, nobody likes to work, so you need to assign them a very specific role to force them to work.
