Why doesn't one of the teams wear the second kit?

I think they forgot to insert shirt difference within the coding.
Today, home and away shirts are only for exactly that. If your team plays home, wears the home shirt and the same goes for away matches and away shirts.
So, is it a bug? Probably not.
