Subject: [IDEA] Fixed earnings per international cup level

Simple idea to make the earning per match fixed. Earning will downgrade from tier 1 to tier 6

Why?

Some of the teams are choosing to play full squad, some teams are using this competition as training base.
In one point two teams from same national league level will be in different international competition, one in 2nd international tier winning and losing, other just loosing in last one, or even winning some games, but based on league success if its similar then they will have similar earnings.
So you want to train players, then you will earn less money.

At the moment its possible to see approximately how much earnings from tickets one gets in top tier, then to compare to 2nd tier and so on...
And then to make fixed earning per match played. (half of tickets that is now in average per tier).
I guess it will be similar for the first and 2nd tier(top 384 clubs), 3rd maybe also(top 896 clubs), but needs to go down for sure then in tier 4 and so on.
