Subject: u21 elections

Since my friend Collunder isn`t going to apply again for the position of u21 manager, i would like to give it a try :)
It would be a new challenge for me, I managed the NT 6 seasons but this is a whole new level..
This season is only for friendlies, so it would be a good oportunity for me to test new tactics and improve the ones i have now

this season, we will be participating to the Mini World Cup, from week 2 to 10, if we play the final :)
the rest of the weeks, we will be playing with stronger nations, in order to increase our ranking , and also, if possible, i will play some younger players, so they will receive some extra-training

tough callendar but as I said, i want to increase our national rankings, so the best way to do so is to play with such teams and hope in a good result :)

This was my plan in the first season and I missed it. ;)

well, i planned u20 with russia, france, czech, and 4-5 u20 players for us...the rest of the matches are more or less even
i made a scouting yesterday and i haven`t found enough young players, so we won`t take part to the u20 oceania tournment...we have only 1 defender that is u20, the rest of them are 21...the same situation is with midfielders

pretty difficult to do this, but i will try :)

we are now on the 69`th place, pot 5 but i will try to enter the first 64 teams, which means we would be in the 4`th pot for the next qualifications

Just win against Germany some more times. ;)

The last matches were good for the ranking even we've only won against rather weak teams (except Germany). We made 200 points within 6 weeks and it's "only" 140 points to the 64th place. So it's not impossible.

I won`t be candidating this season, so thank you for giving me the chance to try something new, this time at u21 :)
I almost managed to bring the team to the 4`th pot, which was one of my objectives, from the 69`th place to 65, and if we win tomorrow or make a decent result, I`m sure New Zealand u21 will be where it should be for the next qualifications
