yes, thanks, i have sokker viewer done it for me
but i dont know what the skill of general count for when they re pull
for example what are skills a solid junior when he is pulled
and if i have this one
hopeless stamina,
good pace,
average technique,
weak passing,
tragic keeper
weak defender
adequate playmaker
hopeless striker

can u rate him with the skill of junior?

There can be a great deal of variation in the youths pulled. I pulled an "outstanding" youth last season that had 3 excellent skills. I pulled another "outstanding" this season that had a very good, good, and adequete as his top 3 skills.

For the player you showed, my guess would be solid (+-1). :)

Indeed! I would likely keep all those (there are some I would drop if their talent was poor). Some very promising prospects. :)

will player improve at the same rate, for example always 4 weeks per pop or some pops need 4 and some pops need more?

The first improvement means very little, since the youth may arrive in the academy part way through the level.

After that, the "pops" are pretty consistent. (The amount of time depends on the youth's talent, the youth coach's general appraisal, and perhaps a small random factor).

A youths talent, though, can vary dramatically. Good talent is in the 4 week range (5 if your youth coach isn't very good). Bad talent? I've heard of 9s. :P Could be some worse then that.

Bad side of it is i sold him for 17 k
And he just got sold for 800 k.

I wouldn't be surprised if that transfer is adjusted. I didn't put his value anywhere near 800k.
