I'm happy about standarts then :) but both players added to NT as I saw right now. Also there are worse players than them on NT.

Jerry McAllister [29858785] is not NT player right now but he is much more better than Glen Vili [29707150] which one is currently on squad.

Both players are far too weak for the NT. Now and in the future. Like 15 others, who are on the list.
Do you really think, I play with a defender level 10 in the NT, when there are half a dozen players with level 15 to 18?
This is not the U21 here.
skilllevel below 15 means deprivation in any national team.
It is not important, who is on the NT 40 list and who is not.
Some are only listed there to make a higher price, when they are sold.
I have a personal list, where all NZ-players for the future are noted.
There are for example some important young players, who are still in the U21

This guy from Romania told me, that he would do everything, that I won´t be NT-trainer next season, because I won´t have used his completely out of form midfielder in a friendly against south africa.
The trainer from Australia asked me, "are you lucky now?", because he was not able to beat our team. And to be honest, he can be very glad, to have won our first match at all.

Sorry, but for me sokker is not a game to feed some kiddie´s ego.

The WCQ was a bit unlucky for our team.
All matches, except for the 2 against England, were on a razor´s edge and too many ended with a remis. And in football a drawn is much nearer to a loss than to a win.

The NZ Team has 2 problem areas:
There is no really strong forward
There are only two strong playmakers

work for the future to make this better and there will be success

Sorry for my ignorance, I just tried to be helpful someway. please don't understand me wrong.

I asked you why don't you give Axis some chances maybe in friendlies , 30 min would have been great, and you kicked him from the Nt squad again, like you did at the beginning of the season....some minutes would help a lot, you know, but I guess you don't care....he's probably by far the best u26 player in your squad and you decided to neglect him completely

And than you started to delete my messages, so this is why I decided to compete next season if you are to be part of the elections again....let's face it, besides the result with France, NZ underperformed big time , I know the squad problems but losing pretty much all friendlies and taking 2 points against the team from the 5'th pot is not a great result

And now you're taking him into the squad again? He has the same form as a few weeks ago , when you kicked him out of the squad

And now I remembered why I sent you the message, you played a defender with no pm and passing probably , in the mid section when you had a midfielder with 17 pm and 16 tech and passing...,made me think if you're suitable to be the manager of this national team
I don't have anything against you , I even wished you to win the elections, but now I'm not that sure you were the best option, sorry to tell you this

I've been manager for some national teams for like 10 seasons, so I kinda know what I'm talking about, and I can tell you that form is the most overrated parameter in sokker

Axis made 4 matches for the nt since summer 2016
2 of them in 2017, the time, when I was nt-trainer
so whats your problem?

Axis played last match with low form, because there were no others ready tu use.
His form dropped again now, but he will also play next match, because Mitchell and Boyd are hurt.
Axis plays cm. In this position pace means nothing, but form does, because it must not happen, that a pass goes back to the defense, when the cm has a blackout. This happened in the match against russia, if you look sharp.

Well, I was talking about this season , since you've been elected....besides the last match , he's only played 30 min in the friendly against Scotland.....you just prefered to play defenders as midfielders , only because they have form :)
And Axis doesn't have a lot of pace , pm means playmaker , he's been divine there for like 2 seasons....I'm pretty sure you don't have more than 3 midfielders better than him....3xunearthly on the left side and divine playmaker , and still you decided to ignore him completely :)

It's your choice to use him or not, you're the manager , but to use players in their wrong position just because of high form, that's just wrong, and you should know it...

I have been beside this national team since forever, probably since I started sokker, always trained players , had dozens of NT players , I only want this team to survive , and I can understand if you have better options , I'm not absurd , but you've taken some wrong decisions this season , the reason why you only managed to beat the team from te last pot

Also, you kicked him twice out of the squad , you started to delete my messages , even though they weren't aggressive , what kind of manager does this :)
You acted like a child, admit it. A real NT manager would have talked to the users who train the players, would have explained them the situation , but you just decided to ignore me.
And when you needed Axis, you just appointed him again into the squad :)

i`ve looked over the candidates and there are 2 interesting ones, _alin and the estonian, with some experience...

the first one, _alin was the manager of Japan last season, and didn`t do too bad at all, 3 draws in a difficult group againts teams with 10 points difference in mark, and i know him from the time he was in the first leagues of the Romanian championship, he has 10 years of experience in sokker, so he wouldn`t do bad here in guess.
u-tropp has a lot of experience aswell, i am trying to remember if he ever was the manager of any nt but i don`t remember. he might do a good job aswell.

As for the u21, i think Nevermind deserves to continue his job , he did well last season, and now the team is going to start the qualifications from the 4`th pot , instead of 5.

U21 team is now at 61. place as we win 5-0 against Azerbaijan we get huge points. The manager of Azerbaijan forget to update players so won 5-0 without play.

Thank you for trusting me to be the new NT coach. I've not coached NTs before, but I have been to Estonian highest league for several times. For the whole career I've trained goalies.
