Thank you for trusting me to be the new NT coach. I've not coached NTs before, but I have been to Estonian highest league for several times. For the whole career I've trained goalies.

At the moment I have almost confirmed the fixtures for current season. We will have oponents from our own league as well as some stronger teams to challenge (the ones with ? have not confirmed yet).

I would appreciate if you could send me the skills of your NT players. Does anyone know if any of previous NT coaches had some database for players?

Current u21 Player. He is on transfer list because I've changed my training plans.

As my agency grows up we moved into a big plaza and as co-owner I've to work more in the future. I tried to do best with our squad on WC groups and players' pop-ups. I will not be U21 coach next season as my personal life will be more busy.

I wasn't able to write reports about matches that we made and update player skills for some months as I was really busy and already our main squad wouldn't change as we have not that much rotations on our squad. So next coach will be just have to update player skills.

As it is very important for U21 team, I added new youngs came from young schools to database so next coach should watch them and continue to add new young players to database.

U21 team was at 68th place and after 2 season with me it is now at 62th place. It was my first NT career, it was great experience.

I've always loved New Zealand and will be. I hope to see you guys again.

Oldies did well today. 7:0 against Slovenija.

Good effort tonight guys. Was good to see these coaches reawaken the old tradition of our teams playing one another.
The old tradition was for the last match of the season, but one step at a time.

we've won 3-1 against Canada. finally I've found a tactic for us. next matches I'll try new tactics to add them to our tactic database too. I'm planning to have different tactic styles for every team kind of rivals.

I advice to U21 team as not using wings. wings are not clearly working for U21 teams generally and I think we dont have a great squad to using a winger.

Hello, nevermind, I'm using wing or extreme pq player updates I saw some qualities that made me think that it can work for weak teams with loose sides, and with higher level teams I used a 442 tactic .... I appreciate your advice, I am improving the level of players and I have been updated by almost all players, I think we are on the right track, thanks for your advice ....
