Hello, nevermind, I'm using wing or extreme pq player updates I saw some qualities that made me think that it can work for weak teams with loose sides, and with higher level teams I used a 442 tactic .... I appreciate your advice, I am improving the level of players and I have been updated by almost all players, I think we are on the right track, thanks for your advice ....

I would like to present my candidacy for U21 team coach!
I have 5 years of experience in this game!
Last season I trained with pretty good results, taking into account the available team, the Andorra team. I have a good tactic, which allowed me to win victories with more highly rated teams: Denmark, Wales, Jamaica and Albania, plus draws with Colombia (both matches) and Belarus.
Vote for me and assure you that we will make a beautiful figure in the new World Cup qualifiers!

Good result today against Venezuela, the second pot team from our group. The game was really interesting, with both teams having opportunities to score, but our strikers did better and our midfielders played up to their skills :)

These 3 points are a breath of air, the next 3 games are as hard, or even harder, Croatia, Columbia and Lituania. But nothing is impossible, Piciu1 has lots of experience at this level, i`m pretty sure he will come up with something, even though he lack players in a lot of compartments.

2 more games left in our group, and New Zeeland has a big chance to go through from the second place, if we manage to win 6 points. Next game is against the strong Venezuela, but piciu1 managed to win against them in the first game of the season, so I don`t see why we cannot do it again :)

The last couple of weeks have been crazy, with wins over Lietuva and Colombia, 3-1, 3-0, results that brought us in this situation again, to qualify at a World Cup after almost 4 years :)

didn't check the NT for a while, but this looks nice indeed: Lithuania has to play away at Croatia, so it's quite likely a win at Venezuela would lift us to second place. And then it's rock bottom Thailand (8 matches - 0 points) on matchday 10...

So indeed a big match at Venezuela next week.

Congrats kiwis! Good job piciu1! It's so good to see the exact squad of U21 of my coaching years ago are on NT and very close to qualify! This squad will make it with this coach.

Ready, we managed to qualify for the CM. When I took over the national team of NEW ZEALAND I hoped to get at least 4 victories, but I succeeded much more, unfortunately I did not have more attackers available. I hope that we continue to make a beautiful figure at the CM and who knows can even get a victory in the group. Thank you for giving me the chance to coach the national team and I am proud that I did not disappoint you.
