I have a little plan.
As I see most of you guys training New Zealand's youngs, we can take this to another level. With this strategy, our U21 and NT are gonna have better players and we can do something better at ranking and next world cups in the close future. This way, our players won't be trash and we will have strong squads for the ranking and WC.
And who knows, as a hand of guys together we can maybe create a U21 and NT that as good as to give a lesson to sokker.
We will work as a crew.
What to do;
Let's think as we have a new fine young player just came from school; One of us gonna buy that player as who gives right training for him. When he completed that skill, that young player will swap to one of us again who gives right training for his other needed skill.
1- We are 7-8 users here [plus me, sara and spin]. We need unless 4 users. It will be better if everyone of us join.
2- We all gonna choose one of training type for unless 3 seasons. [GK,DEF,MID,ATT]
If we can work as 8-9 user;
GK - 1 User
DEF - 2 User [i]This can be changed as requirements
MID - 2 User
ATT - 2 User[/i]
3- We all gonna add our young players (16,17,18,19 y.o.) to this topic.
4- I will get info about the young players are at the other clubs, will learn their transfer status and prices. (16,17,18,19 y.o.)
5- First we gonna swap our young players inside of us as which player fits which user's training type (whatever the price goes, we have to buy)
6- We will bring back to home our other skilled young boys whom at the other clubs, as many as them with reasonable prices.
7- We will never left a skilled young player from outside of us as much as we can. Whatever the price, we will save them always inside of us. Even till they are 22 aged.
8- We won't sell our skilled young players any other clubs that they are not from this crew. (Under 22's)
9- We will give all of them right training without training lose, we will make them fine players with this swap system. At the end we will reach better generation of players.
We will swap our young players as player's training requirements. And we will discuss about them on this forum.

We will do it for our young players' improvement for U21 and Future NT.

first you have to fullfill number 9 and ask :
what skills have the coaches in every team. after that you can start organizing.
if there are no good coaches it doesnt make any sense if all managers start training players from new zealand.
your total plan is very good and I would be happy if I could help somehow.

Well, if a player fits to my training plans, you probably won't be able to convince me about selling him :)
If that doesn't rule me out I'm in as well!

Does someone of you guys have a connection with agnipod? He reads but doesn't answer any of my 4 messages. He never sent me his U21 players' skills and never answers me. He has got some good potantial players and I don't want to let them wasted.

I would like to help but give me some time ( 2 months) otherwise I can't promise if I can give a training every week, I'm not even doing transfer for my club,

It's good. We will be ready at May then. If I selected again for U21 we will start to the plan at next season. As New Zealand doesn't have much players, this plan won't take our much time as you think.
