Can someone please explain how i can play a freindley game, or how i can play more than one game a week :)

the only way to play more then one game a week is by arranging a friendly. you do that by going to the link on the right that looks like a little telephone. After that you click on friendlies and look for an ad or post up your own ad. If you have challenges they also show up there and you can click on accept. Your best bet right now is to go to sokker international forum and look for the friendly thread and ask for one.

also what do the weeks beside my junoirs mean. and why have some more when they arrive?

about the saving I can't help you. It should save it does for mine.

the weeks beside the juniors mean how many weeks it will take before they are ready to join your team. Most teams only keep juniors that have a skill of average or higher.

You can't save over the pre existing tactics.

You should really read those rules... there is chapter from tactics
