6 more slots open for tomorrow

I have only 6 juniors right now as I am being very careful to sack anything that will not get me a decent end product.

I do agree though I have had very little come through for around 6 weeks now.
2007-10-12 21:51:19
I'm keeping any prospect that is able to reach at least solid in a 4.5 pop week basis
2007-10-12 22:11:29
I am keeping most things with slight talent above 6, but everything else is just a waste I believe.
2007-10-12 22:19:56
I think all above solid is investment coz on the future if well trained can get you i few pounds and it helps a lot when you work in a deficit/profit weekly basis. Last week for example didn't have any game at home but of of my players was sold and I got 19k for it not bad when you have a weekly loss of 50k when you play away
2007-10-12 22:20:47
Thats not too bad at all. ;)
2007-10-12 22:24:59
wow how many juniors do u have in your school? (sorry can't be bothered to count!) i have been playing sokker for 3 seasons and have never increased my junior slots above 10. Is having this many juniors in your school feasible?
2007-10-12 22:35:57
got 22 now... I always have 6 open. And as I said is worth keep them they always can be profitable unless they are not talented enough
2007-10-13 05:21:58
In the past 3 weeks I've had a solitary junior each time - pretty sure it's 4 weeks tbh but lost count. I wouldn't mind if they were remotely useful, but I don't think 2 tragics and a poor 7 count. From culling the odd mug to stay at 24 juniors I'm now down to 12, so am hoping for some fresh arrivals after the age update next week. Won't complain if I get some juicy entrants today though - until they graduate aged 21 as a keeper in 34 weeks time anyway...
2007-10-13 10:21:17
3 for me this morning, how lucky was I?

Tragic - 19
Tragic - 20
Tragic - 20

Should I keep all 3? LOL

All fired! Again :(
2007-10-13 11:31:36
3 for me this week

weak 4 fired
hopeless 5 fired
average 26
2007-10-13 11:32:03
for me 3 crap 3 out!
2007-10-13 11:52:03
I wouldn't agree. I've been getting just as many juniors join as before, but I have upped the criteria for who is allowed to stay, so the numbers are falling.
2007-10-13 12:06:55
2 for me and guess what... fired
2007-10-13 13:24:55
Only kept 1, but he was a good 33 :) I hope he has under 6 week talent!!
