Subject: The Daily Transfer Show
You should try to give trainees 100% or at the very least 96%. Thats 90 minutes in a friendly and 25 mins of a league match. What level are your coaches too?
The striker you signed from me, is he only getting 85% too?

Are there sub limits? I could check the rules...but did they remove them? Seems like some NT games have the whole team changed!
Edit: couldn't see it in rules.

Oopsie from me too then as I've only just started bringing on subs to get more training. Even then I've only been doing 3 subs.
He wasnt my player - i just ask about him because i wanted to buy and i got friendly notice about bad talent and screenshot of training
He only had him 8 weeks, and even then he didn't train him properly.
Unsurprisingly most of the potential is younger. Day, Branthwaite and Cantona (all 16, all Def). I quite like Oliver Lucas (18 Def) and Tyrone Haliday (18 and wing) but that's about it as most of our talent is being kept and trained.
Maybe these targets are too easy.

Goes without saying you'll have to up the minimum requirements as the pool of players grows.
Does my Rooney not feature anywhere?

It's very difficult to balance the graph as talent isn't linear. I know the end-point is in the right place but the younger you get, the more difficult it becomes to judge.
