Subject: NT TRIGLIO
Yes, it's true, but the more complex changes are expensive, I'm not defending anyone, but it's true, it must also be said that a lot of time has passed, and in my opinion they are wasting money that could be invested much better
It's the design by committee problem. 3 people say yes, 1 says no, so nothing gets done. I sense that Raul still has some ambition for this game and would like to get things done.
Hi everyone, we have an easy match on Saturday, but as always I say never underestimate anyone, the tactics are ready and the players have been chosen, as always go England
England - Nigeria 7:0
Another good match today, the opponent was weak and true, the only thing I expected was more goals, but I think it's fine like this too, the most important thing is to win, now we have two very difficult matches against Holland, and here we have to be very careful, but we'll talk about it again on Thursday, as always go England

Saka's 1st ever NT assist in there which I like to see. Taken his time about it though!
What age do you think players should be aiming to join the full NT by? I'm thinking of the players leaving the U-21s and how best to protect them until they're ready.
The first thing I look at is the skills, role by role, given this I think they could be in the national team between 24/25 years old
I think we need some kind of tracking, maybe on 5 or 6 players a season, so they don't get lost once they leave the 21s. Once they hit 22 they're out of my view. Someone like Trevor Turnbull is a future NT player but only if he continues to get training.
