Full story:
- A Pole won the elections in Portugal, and left Portugal in 41st place in the ranking.
- I won the elections, I was in Portugal for 4 seasons, and I took Portugal from 41st to 34th in the ranking (34th is Pot 3, and this was at the end of qualifying, not before the draw).
- Afterwards, I didn't run in the elections because I was sick. jvagos won the elections and placed Portugal in 32nd place in the ranking.
- Portugal, in Pot 2, got an easy group and are now in the world cup.
Therefore, my work was important for Portugal to be in the world cup today. I have a huge contribution to Portugal being in Pot 2.
I think everyone understood me, but you always try to change what I say a little, and then call me a liar. I don't like dirty play. If you want to win the elections, fine! But play fair!
In the qualifications, it is true that I came in 3rd place twice. But in one of them, I got the same points as Brazil. In the other, the two teams from the first 2 pots had average scores above 82. I've never been in 4th place like you!
The USA has a similar quality to Portugal. So I'm sure I can climb the rankings a lot, just like I did in Portugal. The objective is to reach Pot 2, have an easy draw, and make it easy to go to the world cup. If I get Pot 2, I and any other coach after me will have an easier path. Therefore, it is a project thinking about the future of the USA, but also about the present. If something happens to me, another coach will be able to finish my work, something I couldn't do in Portugal.
My project is clear, and I have tried to have a positive attitude in these elections. But it becomes difficult when our adversary changes the reality of things, lies... and then pretends to be the victim saying that I am the one lying and slandering him.
I've been in many elections, many I won and some I lost. But I've never had an opponent like this, with behavior like this. I don't intend to go through this again. So if I lose... You're lying again, 34th place was 2nd place, they only changed it this season, so if you put Portugal in 34th place, you were drawn from 2nd place and took 3rd place, so your testimony is not coherent.
You haven't coached any national team outside Portugal, and outside the USA I've also coached Indonesia, Morocco and Kenya and I've never met a liar like you in any election. And this is my 12th start in the elections.

Guys, the draw for World Cup Qualification is done! I put some numbers here, where the average mark refers to the best value obtained in one of the last games. On the one hand, we were lucky, because the Pot 2 team, despite being strong, is one of the worst in Pot 2.
On the other hand, the Pot 4 team has the quality to pull off a surprise. Obviously the USA NT has the quality to win, however on a bad day for us, and on a good day for them, there could be a surprise.
What I didn't like about this draw was the fact that we only had 5 teams in the group. I prefer groups with 6 teams, to be able to give minutes to the younger players in the game against the Pot 6 team.
Either way, we have a chance of achieving our goal of qualifying!

Note that the USA NT has an army of GKs in the squad, which inflates the average value of the players. Either way, we have the quality to face England.
England's approximate value (best I can speculate) is around 29-30 mil for their typical starting XI. America's is around 26.5-27.5.
The real edge England has over us is at the striker position. It's meaningful. I know first hand in league, it is difficult to overperform with weaker strikers. Not much we can do about that in the immediacy.
