Yup Earnie will bump that week to incredible. Thank the lord. At least, according to his past pops he will.

You're thanking the lord for a fictitious character named Earnie?
I thought I was bad :)

i've got a guy who is a 5.5 wk pop guy... and my youth coach is only an excellent coach... what kinda talent is that equivelent to pop wise compared to your coaches.... i mean, if i have an outstanding coach would he be a 4 weeker?
he's gonna pull formidable+%50

From excellent to incredible youth coach, you could drop from 5.5 to around 5.0
If you go to magical you would be slightly under 5.0

thanks... i know its not the place but i couldn't stop myself from asking... hopefully he's worth something... i like seeing what everyone pulls as well, it makes me wanna train more youth...
Someone please educate me: I don't understand what the "+50%" (or other number) is behind some of the players. Also, what is the "focused training program"? Is there or is there going to be a separate U21 national team cup that people can be elected coach for separate from the NT?
+50% means that he's half way to the next level. Ie if it takes 4 weeks per pop, he's been trained 2 weeks past the last pop
We hope that there will be an official U-21 soon. Meanwhile we keep an unofficial one.
Focused training program: means training the youths with the interest of the National team in mind.
Economicaly stable teams can afford to sacrifice one training spot for the good of the NT. The goal is to get those players to unearthly/divine in at least 3 skills. Our ultimate goal is to beat Poland.
Note: The training goals have not been debated publicly yet. I'm not sure if we want to keep it confidential or not.

"Beat Poland? Seriously?"
3 to 4 seasons from now, and if you stop training players like Jarhead we'll have a shot.

Now now, I'm building up Homer nicely.... He's having form problems, but he's growing up. Need to get him some passing, though. That'll happen at least 6 weeks this season (mostly because that's about what I think it will take to get Jarhead to unearthly passing before he's 22).
Len Duff, age: 19
value: 138 250 $, wage: 2 175 $
club: Nanook the Gimp, country: USA
unsatisfactory form, adequate tactical discipline
good stamina, weak keeper
formidable pace, good defender
good technique, very good playmaker
average passing, weak striker

jon could always just not allow the polish NT to use jarhead.
Instead of actively marketing him, at least :)
