I actually emailed Icko about this. I have his personal email account, and he writes back sometimes.
The new servers were a joke, and Icko's PO'd. The company that sold him the servers said they can fix things, but hes skeptical.
He's lined up a new company to provide him the hardware he needs for next week if this isn't resolved with the present company.

We'll see. The main problem I have with HA is that it just doesn't seem to be well managed. These sims are for-profit enterprises. I support SK with PLUS, because they do a good job. Until HA does one too, I'll be playing for free.

Hell, right NOW, at 3AM in europe, there are 650 players on, and the MAX on HA before it locks out non-sponsors is 750?
Also, the whole run-at-night thing and the processing power needed to create their games versus sokker's is not even comparable from a computation, memory, diskspace, or bandwidth standpoint.
Don't get me wrong, i like HA and will even more if my friggin team ever turns it around with their inability to score (who ever heard of babes who cant score, sheesh), but lets be honest here if you're gonna comment on the comparative prices to support and host.

This game got a lot better ever since the updates are down to only 90 minutes on league nights, I gotta say.
