Should I be suprised at how many HT/Sokker connections I've experienced so far?

I share the same HT series with KY Cats and Grenadier FC.
The guy in the cubicle next to me is in the same HT series as the guy who won my Sokker series last season (Lokomotiv United).
The guy who showed me both HT and Sokker (Stogies), is in the same HT series as one of the teams in my current Sokker series (Babes).


Anyone else have these kinds of coincidences going on?

Took me four or five seasons to get from Div VI to V .. and I'm not turning back! Here in Sokker, I started in C .. now in B ... and hope to make A in two or three seasons ...

No, it's not that. I'm just bored with that game in general. The economy part of the game is impossible anymore, plus, I've been a member for years. The appeal of a text-based soccer game was lost when I found one with an interactive match display.

Oh man, do I ever hear ya on this one... I get so geeked about watching even my friendlies here in Sokker. It's not natural.

I doubt I'll give up on HT just yet, but right now if I had to choose only one, it would be Sokker.

Imagine how much fun it will be once I figure out how it all works!?!?!?!

I'm in the same boat as you. I had a measly one attack chance to read about in last night's match over there. I have no clue what a majority of my players did all match?

Way beyond tired of the midfield heavy match engine too.

I much prefer playing a game with an actual match engine(sokker) versus a game with a series of random number generated events,and an economic system seemingly designed by 12 year olds(no offense to any 12 year olds out there)

I will wait one season, tops. Then you can continue on with your master plan, and I will stay here and figure out how I am supposed to make money.

The economy is ridicluous. I'm selling ET PM's for $1.5m less than they would have sold for 2 seasons ago. There is no predictability that makes planning impossible.

Hattrick really needs to fix its economy, or there will be no differentiation there between divisions 4 and 2.

I sold an ET PM that was 28 years old for just under 3 million last season......

If I decide to quit hattrick, I will just sell all of my players off and log in enough to keep the team active. In hopes that one day the game would become cool again and I could come back with loads of cash. :)

I'm selling my top 4 PM's (all ET), and am buying PM trainees. I'll see if I can stick in Div III.
