ICB's are a cocktail (I use the term loosely) consisting of a pint of Guinness,a shot of Jameson's Irish whiskey,and a shot or so of Bailey's Irish Cream.............yechhh........so it really wasn't a terrorism reference....except for what they do to your brain and /or liver.

Maybe we should have a mentoring program for beer and spirits?
