Both cases are good for making him to man's squad but for u21 he want make it with 10 or 11 pace

Def majority of the time. Sometime pace and tech depending of the players I have and where they are in their training.

hi Guys i made this topic to try make agreements to see who has ressourses (trainers , money and time to get prospect players) The best is those players to stay in Canada and be trained and followed properly. this guy could become defensive mid or a defender. my personal opinion is that he can should become defender
for defender he needs def training asap

He doesn't stand a chance for the NT! IMHO he could become easily a MID if trained in tech and passing.

But I repeat that he's not suitable for the U21 NT

I know but he still can catch up for mans squad

you know that the play making is the most important secondary skill for defs
he has 11 speed and 8 defender to become good defender he needs
just training on pace and def witch is possible for mans squad he needs
17 speed NT and 17 def which is just 6 levels of speed and 9 leves of defs
he can reach that
9 levels he can reach for 2 season and another 2 seasons for speed he will even have time for some technique

If you tray to make him mid he needs pace at least 15-16
passing at leaset 16-17
play making 16-17
and also technique and for me def is really important so he has better chances to become def

You can try, but solid at 21 isn't that good... Anyway he needs 5 season to get 6 levels of speed and 9 levels of def. He's not suitable for NT IMHO.
