Pretty happy with my junior school...$7M CAD over last 2-3 seasons sounds good to me.

(I have a magical coach for any of the newer managers reading but still the luck of the draw for a lot of juniors coming up)

he's talented and doesn't look bad for a striker. with few pop ups in technique he will look quite nice as a striker with defending.

mates, how you know, that he has a talent? do you have any add-ons or what?
I was in opinion, that you need to train player to see, that he has a talent..

Btw. despite Proudfoot is talented, imo is very weak.. Ok, he will probably reach junior NT, but for business is useless..

he was brilliant in the school. to reach brilliant, he has to be talented. I rarely have brilliant kids leaving the school.

So I asked in Sokker questions/answers forum:

Is there any relationship between junior skill level and talent?

Ex. If a youth comes out magical (15) does this mean he will have good talent / pop quickly? Or the junior still could be slow with pops?

And vice versa...ex. solid (8) youth could still have good talent.

No, it's not related.
Of course if a junior comes out as magical or higher you can asume he has at least good talent because he had to get to that level in the first place.

yes, if a junior popped up so many skills up to magical he has to be talented. otherwise he can't reach magical if he has low talent.
also, a junior who stays in the school only few weeks can be very talented and he didn't popped up many skills because he didn't have the time.

Might have another decent one next season...
