Sorry, I messed things up with Leclair:

He had 3 yellow cards in the NT count, but I thought it was his team count and ignored it, putting him in the line up. The result is E. Lajeunesse played instead of him as a defensive pivot.

Fortunately, in spite of that, we were lucky with the result. Again :)

@Fehu, now the newbie is me =)

Tbh, I always found the yellow and red card situation to be really confusing when managing the NT.

Yeah, ahother confusing thing is that friendlies count as official matches.

The good thing is, now that I know it, I'll try to take profit from it at the end of the season, thinking in the preliminaries of the World Cup :)

It couldn't be. I tried to play a bit more offensive than previous weeks but Nicaragua has a beast as a striker who managed to dribble our 3 central defenders without much of a problem. Besides, one of our strikers got injured in the first ball he touched...

Since Nippon was removed from the tournament, the match of this week will be a regular friendly against USA. Unfortunately, the bad result against Nicaragua made us depend on his result against Paraguay. A victory of Paraguay will relegate us to the third place and out of the tournament, unless it is a very big victory.

We lose Simran Collison due to an injury but we recover Elliott Henry, who is currently our best midfielder.
