He’s getting about full training. I play him in easier games, either cup or league. Sometimes he plays friendly games and 30 minutes at the end of league games.
I am not selling him. He will be my next main keeper

defeat vs. Ecuador - not really a start as I wanted. Ecuador was to strong for us and additionally I made some mistakes, because I didn't have complete picture about our team. Solid first 30 minutes and then, after some individual mistakes, horrifical performance started.. give me time, I will improve this hopefully. already changed a little the tactics for next match - as we have lack of speed skills in the defense, I prepared more defensive settings

8.10.2022 - friendly match against Senegal u21. we will play with our young guns.. a lot of 19 yo players in starting 11. I want to give some experience and training minutes to players, who have promising skills and could play regularly for u21 in next seasons. some "out of form" players will play, but training minutes are more important for me as result. more defensive orders as in previous match. looking for more closer match as the last one against Ecuador
With the new training young players need only experience but risk of injuries is quite huge.
They have enough training in their clubs with the opportunity of 3 games per week

I have a different experience.. 2nd season, I train u21 players.. every week at least 10 my players playing junior NT matches, most of them 90 minutes.. I remember only one serious (14 days) injury of my GK in Kazakhstan match.. I can't see any significant different between NT matches and league matches
btw. our young guns surprisingly won the match against Senegal u21. some players showed a good performance.

Hi to everybody. I am really sorry to inform, but all players, when managers are not replying to my messages, are immediately sacked from u21 team. I gave them 2 weeks to respond and tried to contact everybody for more then 3 times.
I do not know their skills, progress and training plans. I know, it's tough decision, but as I already wrote, for me are not important couple of good results, but conceptional work. I will not invest to the players, when I am not sure about their future improvement. I prefer players, who are correctly and regularly trained.
Cloutier, Barry, Vandermollen & Lyall, all 21 yo, are leaving Canada u21 team today..

what to say, we are looking not to loose by much. Their 2 players have higher value as our complete team. We are slightly dropping the rankings, but that's the real situation and unfortunately next year shall be even worse.
We will play ultra-defensive tactics. As we are without the chance, I will give some minutes to 19 yo perspective future players. Some of out of form players will play, but I am unable to replace them with equal quality players and don't think it will change the situation.

after quite a good result (and promising performance) against BEL u21, we are playing with top favorite and one of the bests teams of the game GER u21. loss by less then 6 goals will be a success here. A lot of 19 yo players will play - some with strange instructions and without the form, but minutes for training is a priority here

Very similar squads, Egypt a little more expensive starting 11 and better rating, but there is a chance..
Unfortunately, our key players out of form, but with our low depth, we must play at least with Boyle in goal and O'Neil & Justice in defense. Green - best striker - stays at bench sadly

Unfortunately Egypt u21 was to strong for us. Away we lost 0-1 by the goal of the Egyptian superstar striker Ramzy Yunus - market price similar as the price of our 3 best strikers together :).. At home, we started well, but missed 2 great chances and then they scored very quickly 3 goals. Looks like a poor results (ok, some mistakes made by me - already changed tactics a little), but we do not have quality on 20 & 21 yo players. We play with significant number of 19 yo players and looking forward for next 2 seasons. We are not creating the chances from midfield, but depth is not there.. Fisher was injured and there was nobody with similar quality to replace him..

From Sunday, I will start to update the database and start to prepare team for next season.. Some of 20 yo players will have more minutes just to increase the depth of senior team
