Subject: Arcade tourney, plus prize

I Will arrange an arcade tourney if we can get 8 participants. There will be 2 months plus to the winner. All Australian teams, present and former nt coaches, and teams involved in training Australian talents are welcome.

If we get this running, it will be with 2 groups, and semis after, but also secondary semis for the 5th to 8th place.


If you like the idea, we could have it each second half of season, when the cup is over.

I realised very few have plus.... but if people would buy plus if we have enough participants, they are free to sign up at first and see if it will be a thing.

We will use sviktorovs website for fixtures, standings and stats.

We will play once a week, the day the international arcade tourneys dont use, so players can remain in them. Or if you consider plus to compete here, you could also join them.

I won’t join as I don’t have plus - not sure how many Australian users have plus but it won’t be many. Good luck with running it though.

I’d have joined if it was just a friendly league though as I’d have saved time trying to find friendlies each week.

Is this only for plus teams? If yes I can’t join then.

I Will give 2 months plus to next Two sign ups so we can get this going... if we have tourney like this we would have something to talk about after cup

Thanks for the invite, but it’s a no for me. Three games a week is already plenty.

As mentioned by Cometer, if it was a post Cup friendly league…. I may have considered too….& as I don’t have Plus, that ‘s me out.

Good idea but I won't be competitive with my current squad. I'd also join a friendly league.

International Arcade Tournaments



GENERAL RULES

Only Plus users can participate.

1. 72 teams will participate in the tournament.
The tournament will take place in the UEFA Champions League format.

Score Ranking
* 1-8 > Direct Round of 16
* 9-24 > Qualifying Round
* 25-36 > Eliminated

2. Teams participating in the tournament will be required to have a minimum rating of 60.

3. After the registration of 72 teams is completed, the 18 teams with the highest ratings will directly compete in the Champions League, while the 18 teams with the lowest ratings will compete in the UEFA Europa League. The remaining 36 teams will play 1 match in the "Cup System" and the 18 teams that win these matches will compete in the Champions League, while the 18 losers will compete in the UEFA Europa League.

4. According to the average rating, the teams will be divided into 4 different bags and each team will be matched with 2 teams from all bags, including the bag they are in.

5. Matches will be played on Mondays and Thursdays
Since the Champions Cup matches are played on Thursdays, the teams with a Champions Cup match will postpone their matches and play on Saturday.

6. Matches will be played for 90 minutes in LEAGUE SYSTEM format, except for the final match.

7. Round of 16, Quarter-Finals and Semi-Finals, will be played twice, home and away.
In case of a tie in the 2 matches played in the Round of 16, Quarter-Final and Semi-Final matches, 1 more match will be played and this match will be with the Cup System. The winning team will advance to the next round.

8. The final match will be a single match and will be played with the Cup System.

9. Matches will be scheduled between 18:00-22:00 sokker time

10. Any team that enters the match with a 1 vs 1 squad for any reason will be deemed to have lost 3-0.
