Según dicen en el foro internacional, es por un error de presentación que han corregido. Hasta ahora los jugadores con 7.00 días de lesión aparecían por error como ligeramente lesionados, aunque no podían jugar.

players with a exact 7 day injury were shown slight injury in the past, while only players with injury of 0,x-6,999 are slight injuried and able to play.
happened to me last week that my keeper was marked as slight injury, but did not get training, so I reported it and now its fixed.

pues mi jugador sigue con 7 dias ahora mismo, yo no lo entiendo :S

It is a bug fix for players with exactly 7 day injuries (they can not play, but appeared as slightly injured).
But he appears as 7 day injury, not slighlty injured, so this is not the same ;)

Al parecer, al intentar arreglar el bug metieron la pata y los jugadores con 6 días de lesión aparecían con una lesión de 7 días:
