Welcome to all players of Slovenija.
My name is Matthew, I'm 19 years old. I am: patient, compromise, I do not give up easily, I strive for the target. I am football player (now I have a break in football due to knee injury) so I know the football team. I play Sokker more than 3 years. Over 3 years in sokker learned: Effectively spy on rivals, Do tactics, Build teams, Assess the potential of players, Professional advice. I have a lot of experience. Last season I was a scout of the Polish U-21. I believe that the representation of the U-21 Slovenija will get better results and I am here to try if you choose me to coach. I didn't think that the Orange-Slo is a weak coach. I promise i will devote a lot of time if I become a coach of this team.
My vision of Representation:
The Slovenian team this season will play only friendly matches, so it is time to work on tactics, the starting players. I will try as many friendly matches to win to improve your ranking and to be better seeded in the qualifying group. So in the 1st and most important point in the plan is promotion to the Championship season came in the next season, the next point is to build a strong team of 20 and 19 year old players, so that i will make better and stronger this composed.
Creating a database of best Slovenian players in terms of the U17-U21.
With the database I will be able to monitor the progress of players, react in the absence of jump, to advise training the players to be the best qualified to play in the team. When it comes to scouting, I can assure that it will be at a high level, and every good player will not be lost by me and my scouts. Scouts I want that they were from Slovenia. I can boast that in the previous season, was promoted to the fourth league juniors. I took a high 18th place on more than 1,000 teams. Players are not the best but I had a tactic that helped me did.
