Subject: [U21] Ford Kuga

Hi everybody,
I’m Ford Kuga, a 23-year-old Italian user and I have decided to candidate for becoming the new CT of Belgium U21.

I want to start my presentation saying that I like this game a lot: I’m playing this game since 2011 and I like this game more than that period, for this reason I’m a little bit disappointed that Greg it is not interested to develop it. I think that there is a lot of potential but no one is interested to exploit it.

As I like a lot this game, I’m very involved in it:
1) I’m tutor and I help the new users to understand the game in Italy.
2) I entered in Italy NT staff 8 seasons ago thanks to Davornmar and I still there. For 8 seasons I have been the DB manager of Italy NT and I coordinate the NT Staff for monitoring the training of best players in Italy.
3) Most importantly, I’m the outgoing CT of Sweden U21.

During the last 2 season I was able to qualify Sweden U21 in the final stage of WC against teams that was stronger than us and with many more users. I established a sort of record for this nation during the last WC, because for the first time in its history Sweden U21 was able to overcame the group stage of the WC. I’m very pround of this.
It is important to highlight that I was able to overcame the group stage of the WC beating one of the more strongest teams in Sokker: Brasil U21. Then in the final eights of WC against Italy U21 we did a great match and after 120 minutes we were 1-1: they won only after penalties. Thanks to these and other results Sweden U21 ranking increase from the 52nd position to the 40th position.

In other matches, out of the WC, I have do a good job against team much stronger than us. If you are interested to see some meaningful matches that I played the last two season, I suggest to see the following ones:

Friendly - Sverige U21 - România U21 1:2
WC - Sverige U21 - Brasil U21 2:1
WC - Srbija U21 - Sverige U21 2:2
WC - Italia U21 - Sverige U21 1:1 (4:3 after penalties)

Last mandate, Sweden community was happy also for my pre-matches presentations and my ability to interact with the community. I hope to do so also in your country.

I have decided to candidate myself for becoming the CT of your U21 team because I want to manage a team that have stronger players than Sweden and a more participating community. I know right now that is very difficult to manage the World Champion U21 team, and it is a great responsibility for me. But I want to test myself, dream with your community and at the end try to win WC as Pavoniana did last season.

If he does, there's no chance for you (no offense meant).

Pavo has decided to candidate in Italy. For this reason I have decided to cadidate here. Otherwise I agree with you that I would have no chaces :)

I know that Pavo is one of the best manager in Sokker, one of the most experienced, the incumbent world champion manager, impossible to sobstitute. I know right now that it will be almost impossible to do better than him but I think also that I can bring something of new in this community. I will do my best to prepare tactics and choose the right players for the matches. This is sure.

It's a heavy burden to replace Pavo, I think. Do you know some of the Belgian players already? You might be disappointed about the quality ;-)

Why the name Ford Kuga? You own one?

I cannot see the skills of belgian players because i have no access to the DB yet, but I can see their wages and how they played in the last matches. In my opinion there are very good players, much better than Sweden players that I have managed up to now :)

My true name is Simone. I live near to Venice and I study Business Administration at the University of Padua.
I've choose Ford kuga as nick name in Sokker because my car is a ford Kuga and I like it a lot! :) it has a lot of space and a good engine... beatiful car!

Well... You did a good season with a lower team in a U21WC and obviously you are following the next step is to begin to be the coach of a team more stronger than Sweeden! I'm curious to see its evolution if elected and wish you a good luck!

No, it is 5 years that I use Ford Kuga and I want to keep this :) I hope that this does not contribute negatively for my elections :)
