Anyway, I'm willing to give you (Dacia Sandero) a chance. Will you be able to keep the database as up to date as Pavo did? Because that's one of the most important jobs as a coach in my opinion. What will you do to keep the database up to date?

I agree with you. To keep an updated DB is very important for the CT and also for the community. For this reason my intention is to make these important activities:
1) Build up a team of scouts that help me to contact the owners of players and ask their skills.
2) Monitor the market constant and share in an apposite thread the best young belgian players. It will be fantastic if some of you than try to train them in the better way possible.
3) At the beginning of each season use a specific tool that allow me to discover the best players not already recorded in DB.

I think that thanks to these activities we can do a great job for the U21 team!

Welcome Ford and good luck in your votings. It's sad to see Pavo go, but I guess he feels ready for a true NT team and he deserves it as well! But that said, our youth deserves that too. I think that you'll do fine as long as you keep your word about the scouting and DB and there won't be any significant candidate from Belgium or a change of thoughts from Pavo! ;-)
I do hope you aim higher than a ford Kuga in comparison of results and awards in the U21 though ;-p

Guys, it's monday ok, give me some days to roll in ( and 1 season in game :-s)

I've seen that you are a very nice community partecipating in the forums and it is very positive :)

But I would like to ask you the following question:
How much important is for the belgian users to have a youth school in your own team?

I want to make this question because the U21 team directly depends on the youth schools of a country, but creating players through this system is very expensive in sokker.

What are your opinions about this topic? :)
