Subject: [U21] Charles_Kurz
Hello guys! My name is Charles Kurz, I'm 24 years old and I'm a history teacher. I'm interested in being the new coach of Belgium U21. I was in the Brazilian U21 in the last two seasons and decided not to continue there in search of new challenges and experiences. As a coach I have only two seasons, I have more experience as a scout (about 10 seasons). I also like to be very participative in the forum. I know how active the Belgian community is and I think it will be fantastic!
I'm playing Sokker since 2007. I have been tutor and moderator of the forums and I've always been in love with the U21 world. After so long I decided to invest in coaching career, where what I most desire besides reaching the top is knowledge. It will be a tough task to continue the work of Pavoniana and Ford Kuga, but I believe I have what to add and the ideal profile for this sequence. I have grown a lot in the last two seasons and I hope I can do my best here in the Belgian community. Even without much experience, I reached the eightfinals in the last WC.
I really like to prepare the WC generation in the qualifiers. I give much value to the training of the next generations, using both the friendly and the games with a lower level of difficulty.
I'll be happy with the questions and I appreciate the attention.
If I convinced you, vote here!
Charles Kurz.

I voted too. I am no teacher, but a historian, so it was not a hard choice. :)
Wow, a historian here! What a pleasant surprise. Thanks for voting. :)
And not just any historian! He's the best historian, amazing
Good luck! Congratz for the work with the Brasil U21. Good job!

Sorry to be late, I've been without internet this weekend.
So, I consider Belgium as a favorite in group E. We can divide the group into some levels.
Belgie
Viêt Nam and Colombia
O‘zbekiston and Al Maghrib
South Africa
Viêt Nam and Colombia have similar teams where the detail and the coaches will make the biggest difference at the end and I think they will compete for second place in the group.
O‘zbekiston and Al Maghrib also has similar teams but being slightly below Viêt Nam and Colombia. New coaches (especially in O‘zbekiston) may have difficulty adapting their style to their new teams. Anyway, they can surprise.
South Africa is far below the others.
