This week we faced the selection of Portugal. I had combined with the portuguese coach a U21 match (due to age change), but he put a U20 team. Because of this, the match was not as balanced as it should be and we could have done a lot more goals.

Today's match served to see the difference of our squad next to the Top rated teams like Poland. Either way it also showed that a well-placed team can make that difference get smaller. Next week (If I win the election xD) we'll face the last World Champions, the Czech Republic.

Hm een start in mineur van mijn controversiële ambstermijn.

2-1 verlies tegen Tsjechië. Penalty gemist en laatste minuut nog een grote kans op gelijkmaker wat ik niet onverdiend had gevonden. Op zich een goeie match tegen een sterke tegenstander, alleen het resultaat is wat zuur.

Volgende week tegen Estland met een mix van U20 en U21 om risico op schorsing/blessures wat in te perken. voor de belangrijke WC matchen eraan komen

Hopefully the WC will be "Much" better :-p

Vanavond geen enkele A speler die in actie komt. Er zijn aardig wat 20jarige die hun eerste Cap zullen nemen. Ook een paar 21 jarigen die niet meteen eerste keus zullen zijn in de WC wedstrijden.

2-1 zege is binnen.. goede repetitie voor volgende week (?)
