Subject: [NT] National Database

We have almost reached the end of the season and we can make a rationale for the players currently in the national database.

The work we have done has been very thorough and constant and we can say that 70-80% of the most interesting players are up to date.

I must unfortunately regret that, fortunately, few Belgian managers do not respond to our update requests.
I ask the courtesy to send us the skills of the players why not updating their players do damage to their nation.

Precise the situation by role hoping to be of help to the community.

Goalkeepers:
This position does not bother us because there are at least 2/3 relatively young players of 26/27 years old, very strong and also as alternatives we have a good choice

Defenders:
The defensive department is very competitive but unfortunately the holders are almost all over the age of 30. This unfortunately next year, during the World Championship, we hope it is not a limit caused by the possible drop in skills.
Young players of 25/27, apart from a couple of exceptions, are not yet on the level, especially for the secondary, of the holders and here will be decisive the contribution of the workouts of the Team belonging.

Midfielders:
We have a large number of strong players who can play on wings a little less, from a numerical point of view, in the central area. The department is competitive, albeit not at the level of italy or romania.
Even here, the main problem seems to be the age because age is quite high.
It is crucial that in the coming seasons coaches, above all Belgians, train more complete midfielders trying to give, for example, attention to defense skills that too often is omitted but which is crucial for a central midfielder.
Here the most worrying thing is the scarce amount of U27 players, so many players need to be trained to thicken the team.

Strikers:
At this time, we do not have any triple superdivine striker. We have two international level strikers like Addo and Evens (unfortunately with low form) and then 3/4 players from 26/29 years competing but not supernatural.
Absolutely the ward that has the biggest gaps though this season we have realized many goals!
I also urge all Belgian manger to develop and search for young talents to prevent the department from having a great deal of difficulty in a few seasons.

To summarize my considerations, I can say that at the moment the team is certainly competitive but the senior age of many players, as early as next season, could be a problem of sudden team weakness.

It is therefore necessary to seek out and train more young talents and try to develop, perhaps in agreement with national CT, a complete training program that will lead to the formation of players that guarantee the competitiveness of the National Team.
