Welcome my name is Piotr, and i think i am known with U21 Scotland. I like challenges and rebuilding teams. I wanted to come here as i see potential to rebuild the België team. When i had Scotland first the team ranked 50., today it is 15. I like jobs where you need to start from the ground up. In Scotland i created a group of people that trained the team. This allowed Scotland to grow. Taking over the rank of England which was the first time in 7 years and not 7 seasons.

My biggest accomplishments are :

-Won to the minii world cup
-Advancement to the world cup
-Won the tournament of U21

If you believe that i could help with rebuilding and recapitalising België then vote for me! .....In this season i also won over België twice.

I am sorry, as i did not introduce myself ! My name is Piotr and i am Polish as well as 46 and i live and work in England. I have a small business and in my spare time i focus on our favourite game.

I really like the cooperation between the België forum, which shows that the work done here is good. I can see the trainer is also engaged. This is why i want to try persuade you guys into giving me a chance. Just wanted to remind that in Scotland i started my job when the potential for the team was 44%. In the world cup Scotland had 54%. I think that shows that i can help in making a continuous growth for België. Above i posted a link to the work i did in Scotland. Today i am a fan of the tactics used with U21 and i cannot and do not like to play with fully fulfilled teams. I hope that gives you reason to give me a vote.

Out of curiosity i started my candidacy in U21 Poland, and i received 68-90 votes and im 99% sure i would be the new trainer. I resigned due to the fact that many people cannot respect my work that i did in Scotland. I know this is a game, but i like to engage in work like i did.

Here in Belgium we also had to start again, clean up the database and get the community involved to train Belgian players again.
You did a good job in Schotland, but I think we are back on the richt track with Charlieken.

its nice that the society is together, so we can have the best results. its a shame that i didn't come here earlier. I could have been a trainer in Poland but i didn't because there wasn't a community that stick together. i just want to say that i played with Belgium twice and i beat her twice. if there is still a chance please vote for me.

Belgium has potential to play in the World Cup- of course with the right cooperation. I am looking for a country that has potential, which is near the good teams but its the best. If you give the right time and effort.
