that's my presentation....pleased to meet you :)
I play sokker from a year and a half, I helped with a website and with so much passion to make the growing of the Italian community that from 200-250 users (when I began) arrived at almost 1800. I have been MOD in the forum for ten months, but the thing that more made me please was to have been tight helper of Italy former-coach Mr Newton as we reached the final of the last World Cup against the Poland, winning the human WC (the Polish are still aliens). With my club I reached the promotion last season in SERIE A and I hope in 1-2 seasons to be able to be at the top of the difficult Italian sokker.
btw...i could do very well for Danmark
about staff i would prefer to be helped by danish people

My WORK-PLAN
-I would like to receive the help of many of you to create an operative staff in which everyone could feel involved, and first of all can enjoy with the NT experience (no number limit, the more we are, the better we will do)
-We will use a database to keep under eyes all danish players.
-I'll help you in the training-planning of the players in smell of NT, in this way we can grow together faster and better
-About tactics, a can ensure you that Danmark will play a great football, carefull against strong teams and very offensive against equal or minor teams (I'd like defense with 4 in line...take a look to Italy...I was italian NT tactician and coach assistant for 3 season...from the begin of NT) :)
-Our first target would be qualify for the next World Cup, and then try to win our group...with a great work we can reach the Semifinals
-I spend much time on sokker so I will be always reachable for any kind of question and also for helping you (if you need advices) in your club management...i will put my sokker experience in your hands.
-I know that the language could be a limit but i know that nowadays everyone can speak english and this is a great resource to communicate with everyone in the world.
Ask me everything you want :)

How large an NT-team are you looking at putting together (Tacticians, scouts, communicators etc.)?

No i think that many people should be interested and operative for the NT (as scouting,opponent observeur and so on) but I think that the Coach should be strictly helped by 1-2 near assistants
i was italian 2nd-coach for 3 seasons, me, witn MrNewton and ilmangu decided all about the matches, but we got the help of at least 10 users for the work that a GREAT organization need, and you can see the result with the italian NT...not the best team (excluding Polska) but we reached the final of WC beating NT as Lietuva,Nederland,England.
I believe in a great work-group, cause it gives more results but mainly more fun

without doing a table (if you want i have it) i can say that both in my team and in Italian NT I preferred multiskilled players.
I think that "pace" is the main secondary needed by every player in the field...
Player with just 1-2 high skills and the others low will hardly play in my team
I like play in different ways (no favourite tactics) as you can see in my team and mainly in Italy NT (I did the tactics) but the choice of the players is a very important thing to do well (stamina,pace,form and position skill have always to be at the top for a player to be picked up)

Defenders should have much playmaking-pace-passing if we would play with an high defence playing offside-trap
these 3 skills are needed cause the defenders playing nearer the midfield than the GK would take longer the ball (even if they're DEF)(High Playmaking needed) and more often they would start the action for the midfielder and the forwards (High Passing needed) and surely they need more pace to grab the opponent forwards and to do quickly the defense movements (High Pace needed).
This kind of defense would be preferred against poorest teams or just equal teams, it will produce much more offensive play and chanches to score.
If we choose to play with a more balanced defense (nearer the Gk than midfield line) it would be needed more TECHNIQUE than PLAYMAKING (defenders will pass the ball quickly even if this skill was a bit lower).
Technique is needed in order to avoid that bad bounces, due to lack of control (technique), could give offensive chances to the opponent's forwards

Jeg vil bare sige, at jeg absolut ingen skrupler har med at stemme på en udlænding, hvis jeg synes, kandidaten er god. Jeg forstår ikke den der jeg-stemmer-på-en-dansker-uanset-hvad-holdning.
Under sidste valgkamp blev en polsk kandidat nærmest hetzet ud, fordi han ville vise engagement, samt at han forstod at gøre sit grundarbejde. Det var et trist syn imø.
Jeg stemmer hellere på en kandidat, der virkelig har lyst til det her og brænder for at gøre en indsats end én, som bliver presset til det efter devisen 'ja OK... når ingen andre vil...'
Sproget kan umuligt være en barriere, når man læser tråden 'Sokker for de voksne' på freestyle-forummet. Lad os derfor få en engageret landstræner, der vil engagere os andre i landsholdet også, så det ikke bare er et stykke legetøj for en enkelt :)

tacticians= everyone.. I will listen to everyones opinions and point of views, let us argue it out and find the best tactic.
scouts= some people preferably experienced dannish people who have a lot of time ;)

I cannot say, as you can have so many NT players on a team, I am sure they will be some players in denmark who are stronger in one side skill or another.
IT DEPENDS ON THE TACTIC. Am i right? Think about it yeah? :)
why cant I say?
If I play longball, I value playmaking and passing a LOT for defenders. Hey, in New Zealand the chances are mostly created by our defenders Whacking the ball down the end of the field..
This is my opinion for defenders.
Defending has to be very high and pace too. YOu dont need that much technique or playmaking or passing when you play an ordinary tactic. I mean goodness, defenders just need to GET to the PLAYER and tackle. I have experimented with a lot of different players. Of course a solid technique with lots of side skills will get a higher rating but I dont care! I am being very honest with you.

det kan godt være de siger de vil have hjælpe træner og nogle til at finde talenter og hvad ved jeg men hvem har de tænkt sig det skulle være?i starten af min sæson som landstræner spurgte jeg om der var nogle der ville hjælpe mig med taktik og hvad der ellers kunne være, men ikke en meldte sig så imø er der en masse tomme løfter i deres. taler heller en dansker der har tiden og lysten end en ude fra som lover guld og grønne skove for det kan alle finde ud af.Lietuva og holland har jeg også slået uden at have 20 mand til at side og holde mig i hånden så det er slet ikke nødvendigt,for så meget tid tager landsholdet ikke det er kun lige i starten hvor man skal lære spillerne at kende jeg tror jeg har brugt ca 1 time om ugen i snit.grunden til at jeg ikke stiller op er at jeg syntes der skal nye øjne til at se på holdet da jeg syntes jeg er kørt lidt fast i samme spiller og taktik.
nu hvor jeg er igang er der ikke en der kan forslå at rykke VM kvalkampene til senerer på sæsonen for man har kun 2 kampe til at lære holdet at kende, der efter fik jeg 4 kampe med betydning også hen hel flok trænings kampe det syntes jeg godt kunne gøres smarter så man kunne nå at bygge holdet op efter ens eget hoved.
