Okay here's my speech.
I'm the manager of deathstrike currently in premier of New Zealand. I have played sokker for 7-8 seasons and am easily the oldest non-polish member playing sokker.. I might be the most experience but I still can't say I'm the best. There are other really tough teams out there! I have won the premier SIX times in a row and I'm hoping to continue that run. I won the cup THREE times too. I am active in the forums and I am really active on sokker. I log in for 3 hours a day or even more. I have a good array of tactics.
Tactics wise I've gotten pretty good and I can say i am finnaly excellent at making tactics. I'm the tactical genius in New Zealand and my tactical skills is also quite reknowned in cretain small areas. Although my opinion on a GOOD tactic might be different to yours, I still accept any constructive critism and I always listen to comments about my tactics. I have learnt not to be stupid and play with simple but good tactics. You see, my opinion on a better tactic is not to make a NEW one but to improve on your old one. Improve, Improve, IMprove, IMprove.
If I were the coach, I would ensure that everyone HAS to HAVE a say in what tactics or what formations I should play. Everyone is included and we will have a thread on the NT games. I would make sure that I spend a lot of time. I am ready to work really hard and make turn Danmark into a hot winning country.
I believe in being humble and the underdog. It is LOSING that makes me learn. I like learning from better managers and the key to victory is always be humble and learn from your mistakes and from better managers. If you win, celebrate but do not forget who got you to where you are :) In my case, Mikael was my first mentor.
I dont like bragging but this is for reasonable reasons :)
My achievements so far
Won premier six times in a row
Won cup Three only :(
I led New Zealand to 2nd in the mini world cup beating strong teams like slovensko and ireland. Losing to Romania 4-2 in the finals.
Getting my SMALL COuntry new zealand (25 users) Into the knockout stages of the world cup. WE were knocked out by Poland :D
Beating Germany (50 times more users than us) 3-0 with a hardcore tactic! Yeya!
My proudest moment. Beating a polish div 2 or 3 team and getting complimented by him:)

Sorry Just had to post that =)
Give your vote to me if you think I'm worthy of the role. I have been in Denmark once, running for candidacy :) Goodluck to all other managers!
Ooo btw, Crameren, you did a great job ;) I wouldn't want to take your job away so if you are going to stand for candidacy again, I will step aside :)
Lets begin the bombarding of questions!
For more info on me, check my team out and the NZ forums.

I just realised that Denmark wasn't in the knockout stages so that would be my aim, to get into the group stages, then the knockout stages.
Also why dont we combat our two nt teams the week after this week? New Zealand vs Denmark?

I know this guy from freekick, a really nice guy :).
Good luck Bartholomew ;P
Good luck Bartholomew ;P
Thanks for your kind words, but I'm not going to stand for election this time as I simply don't have the time needed, so good luck. You no doubt have the capabilities for the job :)
Thanks. You did well for Denmark and if I do get the role, I'll try to carry on the good work you've done.
Morteno: I think I remember you. Vaguely.. haven't played freekick in a long time. :D

What makes you run for NT-coach in Denmark of all places? I assume it's only possible, to run in one country(if my assumpton is faulty, please ignore my question).
You say that you'll improve current tactics, rather than create brand new ones - does that mean, that we will see something like your own teams "Modified Real"(4-4-2) customized for the Danish players and the opponent and stick with that one or do you design more standard-formations, which you'll improve as we go along(for example a 5-4-1, a 3-5-2 and a 3-4-3)?
For now, you're my candidate, but I see 2 possible spoilers, both regarding the language:
1) Most danes reads and writes decently in english, but not all - this will probably affect the forumactivity. How do you feel about that?
2) Pregame analysis on the forum(a discipline the former NT-coach excelled at) will be easy for any opponent to read and counter(tactics-wise). Does that mean, that you'll assign a danish translater for that task or do you not include this in your program at all or what?
Good luck!

Well, I see Denmark as a country with many users which means good players and has GREAT potential with the right guy behind it. I have a good Danish player =) My three million dollar import. Check him out ;) He's pretty good. I know Danes to be very friendly. Having a really good Danish friend myself.
Hvordan har du det? --> Jeg har det fint
I er nogle idioter
and some more phrases I would not like to mention :)
Heh, well first I would like to make it claer that I would rather play to Denmark's strength rather then our opponents weakness. Of course I'll have different formations. But I'll sitck to Denmark's strength, so if we have really good defenders but lousy strikers. Play only two up front and never use 3-4-3. But you see, the problem I had with my New Zealand NT team was that we had a very unbalanced team.. so I had to stick with one or two tactics only.
As for Denmark, I am 100% sure there are more players to choose from. Giving me more flexibility in the tactical part :) Also giving me more options to play. New Zealand had the problem of being too predictable.. but for Denmark it will be a different story
As for the problems.
1) I can only hope that most Danes can understand what i have written and what I will write if I do get nt coach. If not, I PRAY someone would be so kind as to translate my speeches for me.
2) Oh I will pity the guy who gets the job as the translator.. but I hope they are some willing people to do that. Yes I'll assign or rather anyone can volunteer to be the translator.
and also yeah, I would NOT get around the well being of the NT team by myself. So there will be a need for some experience danish players to help me.
p/s wouldf someone translate the speech for me?? Thanks :)

You don't have to answer if you don't want to, but can I ask how old you are?
Also, i took a look at New Zealand and it looks like you don't have much opposition down there. 28 users and you had a head start for more than a RL-year. What happened in the cup the years when you didn't win it? Do you feel tactically ready to face stronger opponents?
Also, do you intend to pick your own danish player for the NT?

You haven't played friendlies for half the season - why?
``I er nogle idioter´´
allways good line to make people vote for you;D

Age is not a problem ;) judge me not on my age but on my wisdom and commitment in sokker.
Don't have much opposition? There are two or three teams that are very competitive. WE boast of having the best non-polish strikers in sokker and mr qibbage thinks so too. Unfortunately none of these strikers belong to me. You must have also noticed that Fiery Tigers in New Zealand started the game before me. Now Fiery Tigers is a superbot. He has the arguably the strongest non-polish striker. Fiery Tigers is controlled by a dev.
What happened in the cup years when I didn't win? Well that was a long time ago mate.. The most recent one where I didn't win, I was unlucky getting a red card and stuff but my opponent was good.
What you are saying is quite ridiculous. I am not a miracle wonder man and I cannot win everything. Do you expect me to win all my games and cups and premiers?
Tactically ready to face stronger opponents?
My turn to contradict you hehe :) You said New Zealand has only 28 users. Yes.. Not competitive at all.. few active players..
But Guess what? =) WE entered the KNOCKOUT stages. (round of 32) We beat teams much better than us.. including Germany's 3-0 defeat. If you are speaking tactical wise, that game was taLKED about a lot and it was there I have prooved myself to be one of the competitive tacticians in sokker.
Denmark I'm sure, with 400 users or so should have no problem entering the knockout stages and I want to control it because I believe Denmark has better players then New Zealand and has great potential.
Pick my own player? Nope :P Even though I know he's awesome, there are better strikers in denmark.. which comes to show how good denmark is ;) But who knows.. If I find him good enough, I would pick him.
He's incredible pace, brilliant striking =)

Oh yeah lol I know much more then that ;) unfortunately everything I know in danish is not appropriate to speak in these forums.

I cannot judge you on your age when I don't know it. But it is perfectly okay that you don't want to say it, of course.
What I meant earlier was that you - meaning as the manager of deathstrike, not the nation - don't have much opposition down there. I did not mean to offend, ridicule you or just contradict for the sake of entertainment. Actually, I only asked because you said:
"My achievements so far:
Won premier six times in a row
Won cup Three only :("
Three cups only + a sad smiley. So I ask: what happened in the cup the other times? No offense, really.
"Do you expect me to win all my games and cups and premiers?"
Well, that was kind of the idea I had after I checked New Zealand, yes. And combined with the fact that you were obviously not satisfied with the cup results yourself, I don't think there was too much rudeness in my post. I only wanted to challenge your statements. Apparently there is a language barrier after all.
But trust me - no offense!

No no offence taken at all mate. There is totally no language barrier.
I would be Pope before I get offended by that kind of politeness from danish people.
Nice guys, good badminton players and hot girls. Denmark.
Everywhere I've gone I haven't seen a Danish person who's not nice to me.
I was playing chess with a danish player once, he beat me.
Your english is in fact, I am ashamed to say.. as good or even better than mine.
very Impressed.

Hey guys keep the questions coming at me =) I'll try to answer them as best as I can.
