About me:
I have been the national team coach for 4 seasons - 3 seasons in Iceland and 1 season in Ireland. During these seasons I organized the Mini World Cup tournament. With the Icelandic team, they managed to reach 5th place in the Mini World Cup.

With Ireland I fought to advance to the championship, which unfortunately failed, even though I lost only one match in the qualifiers.

Plans for Austria national team:
Restore her rightful place in the world of the Sokker national team. Initially, you need to ensure the best possible ranking, then NT must return to the World Championships.
I would like it to be a long-term project and that thanks to good contact with users, we will be able to create a strong team that will regularly play at the world championships and, over time, maybe fight for something more.

Hello. I would like to build a good database in your country regarding players aged 22-27- training age. I will try to include all the most promising players from given age groups, I will try to contact their coaches so that these players are optimally trained and bring as much benefit to the NT as possible. Of course, players are the property of the clubs in which they grew up or for which they often paid a lot of money, and everyone has the right to manage the player as they see fit, but I hope that there will be many managers willing to cooperate. Thanks to this database, I will also try to monitor the progress of these players on an ongoing basis. I hope that help go on the highest NT level.

Another very important thing is doing good results here and now, but more on that in the next post.

hello and welcome here. basically we are having a data base but as all nations we are having troubles with keeping it alive. a coach can see the skills though and keep them fresh, maybe that would be a start?

Very good information, I will see when election over(if I win). Now coach can see the skills like you said and we have very nice sokker tools to find all players from selected country :)
It is also important to see whether the player is developing or not and how ;)

1-1 vs Ireland

Debut completed, not very successful, but I'm done with it. There is a lot of space for improvement in the future tactically and knowledge of the players.

I finished created NT database players u22-27. I do it in app Sokker Assistante where every Thursday will be updated.

Excluding players who are called up to the national team we have 5gk, 18 def, 14 mid, 16 att. The situation looks very bad, but I will try to work with what is so that we can achieve good results in the future.
