Forgive me but I do not understand your intervention there are two topics in one here and one in Hrvatska Association where I place the matches and the comments of the game, so if you want to talk about tactics or match those are the spaces and I'm happy to I can answer and maybe discuss your suggestions! :).

This topic is dedicated to a betting game that is something that we have done in other countries, including Italy, and of course owes its existence only if it is appreciated by the community!

I just want to point out that I and my staff are doing a meticulous and precise job to update the entire database looking for, while other players.
As for the team, we are understanding and studying the best tactics according to the players to hone our management.

We are doing, in short, everything you need to do to manage and maturing the National!

We also asked several times, if some user Croatian had the pleasure of working with us!

We say that we are working to the maximum and that this game is only a pastime, as indeed it is all the game of sokker!

It's quite clearly stated in forum rules that excessive usage of cap letters is threaded as spam so having a thread title written with caps only is totally unacceptable.

Speaking about the the lack of tactics in association forum, check how it was done here for instance. Or at least havinga screenshot showing average positions of players would be nice. Also, the fact that we are having a match in less then 20 hours and there is still no open thread in NT association while You find enough time for betting competition is something that really bothers me.

And i guess that for much users would be easier to follow NT events if You could try to find a italian-croatian translator to help You out with communication toward community.

as a Croatian user, I'm quite sure most of us would prefer our NT coach to post match tactics in game threads instead focusing on running a betting house.

U have right to that opinion but i do not see anything wrong in betting game, our forum is dead anyway ( our community also dying ) so i do not see what is the problem

I never said I have something against betting game but I can't see how that is connected with NT coach responsibilities... and if the only improvement our new coach is able to bring is choosing 6 random games and asking people to bet on them, I think that I'm definitely having a right to be unsure about quality of his work.

I can remember the time when NT association was a great way to introduce less experienced managers to the top lvl of this game, now it seems like it become totally irrelevant part of NT coaching.

this topic is not a place for discussion about don sal competence, i also not happy with some things but we elected him, anyway we should wait for the end of season and than decide what to do

slažem se s tobom da nije mjesto za raspravu općenito stanje o repki ali moje prvotni upis se odnosio na to dali je moguće da mu je ovaj projekt važniji od samog vođenja reprezentacije (ili još gore, da li on smatra da je ovaj projekt sastavni dio vođenja repke) tako da je po meni bilo vezanu uz temu.

I will REMEMBER THAT THIS WEEK is a seventh particular as it is Christmas I'm out of my house and I have some difficulty to access the forum and the game!

But I disagree with you when you say that there is little attention to the tactical phase.
If I see well I posted earlier and earlier matches and formations and especially I posted more comments after games.s.

But almost no one came in to comment or discuss with us!

I'm open to all criticism and suggestions but not to the prejudices !!!

Then I think that until now the national team has not gone bad example we already improved the position of the ranking of two places.

Again forgive this week whether there will be delays but it's Christmas and we're on the families but in other weeks it was done what had to be done.

How do You expect us to comment if You are not showing anything? I gave You a clear example how previous managers were showing their tactics and You can see that most of that threads had a multiple pages of comments. It was a friendly suggestion how to involve more people into NT discussion, without pointing out any terrible or bad tactic decisions in previous matches.
