I'm going with training the Kenya youth - rather than trying to win my Cup match

So next week - if any Kenyan Club wants a friendly v Norwich City FC, please let me know
2013-02-01 12:07:44
I got a good keeper on sale
2013-02-01 12:19:19
I got a good defender from junior on saje. Check him
2013-02-14 11:09:19
Steven Seagall is setting a blistering pace in the Premier League

Can anyone catch him?
2013-02-14 11:31:03
I don't think so...

Here's my youth pull this week:
Too bad about the age, but he should probably be trained anyway?
The other one is free to a good home.

Antoine Gachukia, age: 20

club: Steven Seagall School of Acting, country: Kenya,
value: 10 125 000 Sh, wage: 135 000 Sh,
very good form, tragic tactical discipline,
height: 168 cm, ·weight: 60.8824 kg

tragic stamina hopeless keeper
adequate pace very good defender
poor technique solid playmaker
good passing good striker
2013-02-14 11:38:50
Great pull :)
All youth pulls from Kenya should be trained ;-)

Will you sell him or are you training DEF/PACE?

grts
2013-02-14 11:48:06
What is his biggest need? I'll change training to suit him.
2013-02-14 11:53:22
Depends on where you want to play him

He is not a tall player - so FB/Def Mid looks a sound position

Pace/defending is a must for a FB - where passing/defending maybe better as a DM

Kenya NT is certainly short of quality passing/playmaker players
2013-02-14 11:56:18
To start with pace training would be great.
However, simply change a whole training schedule because of one player is not always the best option. How about the other Kenyan youngsters you have in your team? Do they need pace training as well?
2013-02-14 11:59:52
I'll send them to you for your opinion.
2013-02-14 12:10:41
I agree with el_muchacho - pace is a good start but it needs to develop all your trainees to their max for the longer term, & support your Club
2013-02-14 12:12:52
Must also add - that known talent is so important with training

No good training a decent skilled player, if he has poor talent
2013-02-21 12:25:11
Player for sale. Decent player, but I cannot give him training

Morani Kaigwa , age 24
value: 127 050 £
wage: 2 160 £
tragic form

formidable stamina tragic keeper
outstanding pace average defender
good technique very good playmaker
excellent passing average striker

Half way stage in the League

Steven Seagall has taken a commanding lead at the top of the Premier League

Just 2 points seperate 2nd to 5th

1 point seperates the bottom 3

All to play for in the second half

Good luck you guys
