El muchacho, please talk to us users on how to train our youths. Which players we should keep in the academy and which ones we should sack.... Our youth structures need to be helpful.
2013-08-24 23:17:30
Correct. Pls send youngsters to me or put them on this forum when pulled so I can advise you what to do whit him. how to know if you should keep or sack youngsters in academy depends on age and level of skill. all managers can put their list of youngsters here and I will also advise which players to keep and which to sack..

my advice on youth training

1) Ok a magical/brilliant coach were better if you can pay him it in the future.
Only his general level is important for youth school.

2) You can calculating the final best level you could have with a new player entering in school like that:
1 + initial level + (weeks to train) / 3
ex: B. Obama is coming with level 4 and with 12 weeks for training:
I he could be (if he had talent) 1+4+(2/3)=9 level at the end.
Better is impossible

3) When a player is coming in school, you can out him direct if he is:
- 16y old and final best less than 7
- 17y and final best level less than 8
- 18y and final level less than 9
- 19y and final levele less than 10
- 20y and final level less than 11

4) Talent worse than 5 (i mean 5,5 or 6 or more) are just good for playing in youth school. Don't keep them in your normal team.

5) Calculator of talent.
(actual level - initial level) / number of training weeks used since entering in school.

6) If a player is just about i said, keep him if his tament is less than 4. Out him either.

Wow, I would keep them all :)
2013-09-22 15:48:57
I agree

It don't look like you have a super star among them - but very good players who can help Kenya with the right on-going training

You should be able to sell a few to make some decent amounts of cash

Good luck with the pulls & the distribution of skills
