Unearthly is the highest "overall rate" a trainer can have. Please note the overall/general rate of a trainer is only important for youth coach or assistants.

If you want a new head coach, pls note that only the skills you are training are important.

For example my staff :

Unearthly overall youth coach
3 x Magical overall assistants
1 x brilliant head coach but unearthly skills on pace, technique and striker (as I only train strikers)

I have never seen them, uneathly coaches....not even in the market.

Most are Magical - with a lot of Unearthy skills, depending on which position you want to train your players

Senior Head Coach - get the right individual skill sets
Junior Coach - go for just overall rating of the Coach

We are a bit unlucky in the Q games in my opinion..

Mugai and angara poped up defence to uneeathly. i hope they reach divine before end of season. what should i train them next season? other than defence and pace, what is other best training for them?

Def And pace is most important. After that, pm tech and passing is important too...
