Hello, I know this forum is not quite active, but I am looking forward to the future, so I hope this could be useful in reconstructing some sk Kenyan history.
We are in the group K where we are going to face this teams
Türkiye U21 - Ranking 10
England U21 - Ranking 27
Israel U21 - Ranking 49
Costa Rica U21 - Ranking 61
Kypros U21 - Ranking 69
Currently we are the weakest team in the group, so we are going to work hard with tactics in order to take some points.
Feel free to comment and participate!! Tactics and rival scouting can be discuss in the Harambee association.

First game against Kypros
Kypros was our closest rival in the group. I think the team played good and we went up 1 goal until the 81 minute, I was hoping for the starting with a w. It didn't go our side, but we are just starting.
Sadly we have a serious injury in our Midfield, one of our best players.

We lost against Costa Rica last week, a game we dominated completely, but a single mistake made by our def doomed us.
This week we don't have an official game, We are going to play a Friendly against Senegal and I will use the U20 team to avoid cards or injuries in our key players.

last week we went against Senegal for the friendly game... another lost, but the good think is we played with some U18 against the Senegal U21, and we looked good.
We have few good strikers, so please if you are willing to train some players at this position, I will be thankful.
This week game is key for us, I'm sick of losing so I want the w and I am working for it.

Last week we went against England, and we almost got the draw, but a mistake at the 88 minute bring us the loser sadness XD
Remember to train your players!!

thank you Enoch
Allow me to summarize the last games here.
After the game against England amid the first leg, we reached the mid part of the World Cup Qualification and we had to go against Turkiye 2 times in a row. We were totally outclassed there, even taking into account that Turkiye was using mainly U20 guys (we were also playing with some U20 though). The first game I tried a defensive approach by not using strikers, but that didn't go totally as expected because some mistakes allowed Turkiye to score and we had no chance to come out of our own field. Anyway, this tactic was also the hook for the next game were we tried to surprise them and we had a chance starting the game totally wasted by our striker... the rest of the game was for Turkiye, but we managed to keep the score in the low numbers (just 4-0, I think It was OK).
Between the 2 Turkiye games, we played a friendly U20 against Egypt and we lost. This is really concerning since we can visualize a lack of quality among the U20 players. I encourage you to keep pulling youngster and keep improving your coaches. We should also try to bring in more users to help us.
We also played against England 2 weeks ago, where we could score, and I think it was a descent game (something like 50-50 possession and several shots against a top level team).
Finally last week we defeated Israel, meaning the first win this season (sorry guys :S), and it was a big one against a stronger team. That bring us hope for the future, I have faith we are going to improve during the last part of the season against Costa Rica and Kypros. The goal is to end around the 4th position in the WC Qualification.

Am amazed at how our country is improving. We hope for a better future. I have some 16 year olds who look promising for the future.
Thanks Enoch... We finished 3rd after Turkey and England. That was amazing for me and I can't tell you how much enjoyed my first season as NT coach for your country.
I will use u20 players these last weeks looking towards the next season. I would like to keep working for your team as u21 coach.

Week 12 - WCQ Costa Rica 2-0
Week 13 - WCQ Kypros 1-0
Week 14 - Latvia 1-4
There are 2 games pending
----------- Age Update ----------
Week 15 - Malaysia
Week 00 - Colombia U20
I wanted to point out that we started the season with a mark of 40.7 and ended with 46.1, and we even reached very good in defending and solid in passing. I have to thank all of you for your commitment with pulling out players and training them properly.
About the ranking, I am pleased to show you the season graph... we started 92 in the ranking and I hope we could end 90 after the last 2 games.
We are in touch with every coach with Kenyan players in order to follow the training. The next season would be a little harder since there are some key position we have not good-enough players (strikers for instance).
As I told you, I would like to keep working with Kenya U21, so please if you liked the work show your support by voting on the election page.
