Subject: question after visiting Riga

Hello Latvijan sokker players,

i have just visited Riga (now in St petersburg, next stop will be talinn) and i have a question for you.

While visiting the science tower i saw many people on top of the tower with a white rose ... i'm really curious what it was about. Anyone who knows ?

i guess it's that one, close to the trainstation, you can take the elevator to 15th floor, then 2 floors with stairs to have a view over Riga.

hmm, seems nobody knows the answer :-/

Yeah, I thought it is probably because of Norway tragedy or could be some kind of weddings party but I don't know the exact reason, sorry :)

Really no idea, could be what lauzejs said, wasn't there some kind of party?

not really a party, but there was a reception with people drinking champagne or fruit juice. My guess was: students graduating ...
I tried google aswell, but no info there. I think it will remain a mystery ;-)

Did you enjoy St.Petersburg and Talinn? There is no doubt that Riga is the most beautiful of the cities you visited, right?
Next time when you will stay here, drop me a note and I will show you the best places of Riga (pubs, I mean).

It was a greta holiday and i enjoyed Riga a lot. I definately like it more then Tallinn.
Impossible to compare with the much bigger city of st petersburg.

Letvian people where really nice, and Letvian women the most attractive i've seen on this holiday ;-).
