There is also another way. You can "close" your transfers forum.

If you guys decide to do that, then It means that other users cannot post in Transfers Latvia, unless they are from that country, or you have a player of the same nationality of the country.

Then you won`t need any rules I think, because their won`t be so much threads.

If you let your transfer forum to close, then it also means, that you can not advertise your players in other country forums, unless you have a player of the same nationality of the country.

Everything is clear, thank you. In my opinion our community is too small yet to declare restrictions. I don't care much of that topic but from my experience I can tell that Transfer topics are useful only while quality is above quantity.
Crappy players we can find at transfers without problems. High end players - that's the key for useful ads.
Ok, I want to know what other latvian managers think about it, must go now :)
