hey mate, something is really bad about your training settings .. maybe coaches ? i dunno but if your 16yr superpromising player Peker Çalıcıoğlu doesnt improve in 5 weeks ! (5trainings) - it doesnt mean he doesnt have talent (5weeks without pop is impossible), but that your players are not trained !

not bad, juniors like Ioannou look very promising, but we must take a notice that they will all turn to be one year older soon, so i doubt about promising nt future for 20yr Kalotheou, Malekkos etc :(

anyway try to lower your requirements and accept weaker but 16y players after age update
not long time ago i did research in NT of other small countries and i found out that most NT players were pulled when they were 16 and sold just for few decades thousands euro

they are 16y olds and recent to the team :)
