in compare to the other kypros keepers, there is no doubt that he needs keeper skill the most now

I would change your head coach instead of the juniors one...you dont need all those skills for a main coach...just buy a coach for main with much less wage and only unheartly only in the skill you are training at that particular moment.

NO because now i trainning defenders ... i will have some more pops, i will have a good tactical discipline ... i know how coach i need to have at junior school but i don;t have so much money, i will imporove that ... i have a verry good plan in my head what i have to train at long term

as far as i know random pops depend on the assistent coaches. as regards tactial discipline that depends on the position they are playing...if you play a player in his right position and you dont change his place a lot his form and hi tactical discipline will improve...to my concern you are paying a lot for a head coach and such coach would be more beneficial in the youth.

Maybe darren can confirm what im telling you or maybe correct me if im wrong.

man you have right but and general ability contribute at level of tactical dicipline .... and also main coach contribue at pops but in a low proportion ... i know verry better what i'm say ... repet, you have right and i add some things

You should fire your main coach, he is extremely expensive. Only unearthly keeper skill worths 22 000€, but for you it is completely useless skill and wasting of money. The best would be if you fire him before saturday update, so you could save 50 000 € for new coaches

You are training DEFenders, you need to have have main coach with high skills which defenders need. For example these three coaches, they have same qualities as your coach.
But their wages are much much lower.

I will give you example: You hire one of them.
Their average wage is 27 000€, whatever ..

You will save 22 000€ each weak, you canhire another excellent assistant and hire outstanding junior coach and you will pay weekly the same money as now

But your players in main team will train more with better assistants and your juniors will have better coach too

Και άμα έχεις κμιά απορεία ξέρεις τον δρόμο για το ελληνικό φόρουμ, λογικά κάτι θα έχεις διαβάσει και από εκεί;)

Ο κάθε χρήστης μπορεί να διαβάσει όλα τα φόρουμ ,ακόμα και αυτά στις κατηγορίες ,το θέμα είναι να συμμετέχει βασικά στο φόρουμ της χώρας του , είναι πιο σημαντικό ώστε να υπάρξει επικοινωνία σε αυτο εδώ το φόρουμ και ζωντάνια το οποίο πάει πολύ καλά και υπάρχουν αισθητά σημάδια βελτίωσης απο όταν ήμουν ΝΤ ;)
