i train pace on 22 players and the plan is to continue training pace over the long run.

I intend to train players with higher than incredible primary skills (for midfielders i will compromise a bit in the near future) and with ages no higher than 23

I do have money in the bank but wont pay above market value :)

so .. mids , pace , logical prices :)

Keeper >unearthly > excellent pass
Defender >incredible >secondaries > average
Striker > outstanding Technique> oustanding
Midfielder all relevant skills and either def or attack > very high

All at ages preferably

i think you should write also requirements which players we are searching for, not just our training. because f.e. im searching for totally different players (16-17y) than 3pol or other pace trainers

Forget it..

The most important think is what a player needs and not what managers want ... If a player matches the skil you are training by pms you can resolve this or player goes to another manager who want him .. so simple :)

it is because you would immediately know who to contact if you pull or see such players

This is right but you know that requirements are not so stable and if you like a player very much and he is one year older than your requirements , you will buy him . So i prefer to lose some time than lose a player cause he does not fit the requirements of a manager ..
